About Rosie Mensah Nutrition Consulting
I am a Toronto, ON-based registered dietitian, nutritionist, public health professional, and social justice advocate. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am passionate about the health and nutrition field and have experience working in different areas such as chronic illness, disease management and prevention, and health promotion. I use a holistic approach to my practice and combine my knowledge of evidenced-based nutrition information, social determinants of health, psychology, and culture to provide optimal nutrition care. I am a trusted nutrition professional and advocate for social change. I believe food has the power to change the world.

Changing your habits towards achieving health is a process. What’s included: Check in on your progress towards your goals Discuss challenges, barriers, successes, and evaluate your mindset Re-evaluate your goals, and make adjustments as needed to your nutrition care plan.
The initial assessment is a crucial first step towards reaching your food and nutrition goals. What’s included: A comprehensive analysis of your current nutrition knowledge, medical history, eating habits, social factors and physical activity. This will allow us to come up with goals for your nutrition care plan. You will be provided with individualized nutrition and wellness information that supports your goals and where you are in your health journey. You will be provided with evidenced based, and culturally responsive, recommendations that you can apply right away to start improving your nutrition and health.
Extended Follow-up session
This is best suited for someone who may require extra support during a follow-up session or is interested in making significant changes to their nutrition care plan.
