I am a Toronto, ON-based registered dietitian, nutritionist, public health professional, and social justice advocate. I acquired my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto, Dalla Lana School of Public Health. I am passionate about the health and nutrition field and have experience working in different areas such as chronic illness, disease management and prevention, and health promotion. Shortly after completing my dietetic internship, I began working as a Community Dietitian in Public Health Unit. I use a holistic approach to my practice and combine my knowledge of evidenced-based nutrition information, social determinants of health, psychology, and culture to provide optimal nutrition care. I am a trusted nutrition professional and advocate for social change. I believe food has the power to change the world.

You may have recently been diagnosed with a medical condition, or have struggled to lose weight for a number of months/years. This package will give you the time and accountability needed to achieve your goals. What's included: 1 initial nutrition assessment (60 minutes) 5 follow-ups over 6 months (45 minutes) 14 day personalized meal plan with grocery list Personalized resources for nutrition, food, and wellness.
We will review your nutrition care plan, discuss your progress and identify any areas requiring extra support. We will continue to build upon your previous assessment and discuss any new goals you may have during the follow-up sessions.
