I have been weight lifting for well over a decade and bought my first weight set when I was just 15 years old. I was always attracted to the concept of Perseverance and mentally pushing myself to new extremes. I've trained every facet of fitness to better understand my clients perspective to better assist them with their Goals. Whether it's Yoga or Hard core Powerlifting, I am well familiraized in all fields.
