About Discover Counselling
Josef Sadowski RPC, MFA
I believe in the power of the human mind, and in the healing impact of love and connection. I aspire to walk my talk, to live consciously and purposefully. So often it feels like a mission impossible, and yet, I’m not giving up. I am an optimist, I am a dreamer. In my dreams, I see myself and everyone else as a powerful, capable and ever-evolving being. I see everyone’s life as a contribution to something way greater than just a personal, finite experience. So, while each of us is in charge of our own happiness, it doesn’t have to be a solitary project. I have a lot of respect for people who are brave enough to ask for help. I feel privileged offering them my passion, my knowledge, and my heart. I find the deepest connection with myself in yoga, Tai Chi, dance, or meditation. I love the outdoors, and I feel at home while mountain biking, hiking, climbing, kayaking or backcountry skiing.
